I went back to sch to help out today as some of the newly posted in staff were on course. In all i looked after 3 different classes across 3 levels. By n large the students were still in their 'vacation' mood n most of them were chatting abt what they did over the holidays. Besides doing some admin stuff with them, i had to also reinforce basic discipline n some common rules as i cld see that the 6 wk year end hols did quite a bit of damage to their discipline.

My nephew fell sick over the new year hols. My brother told me tt the little one had a very high fever n almost went into a fit. Thankfully after sending him into A&E at NUH, he was discharged a couple of hours later. Thank God!
