my 300th post

Angela's hp has not been functioning properly of late. In fact, we sent in her phone twice already. Each time it is the same issue that arises. Her sliding function has been packing up. The service centre told us that it is the cable problem and it has been replaced. We are waiting for another 5 months when our contract is up so we can look at a new phone. Thankfully my 6230i has been function great for since Oct '05. Been looking at the N series but have not been receiving good feedback about the N73. Wonder if I should avoid the N series altogether?
