2 observations cleared today

Managed to ask my SCM to sit in together with my NSC and cleared 2 out of 10 obversations at one sitting. Probably I will clear another 1 or 2 more next week depending on whether I can squeeze them in. Hopefully I can be able to clear another 2 so that means just 6 more to go.
