Countdown to Sg F1 starts.....Sept 28th 2008!

The countdown to the inaugural Sinagpore F1 GP starts. The authorities have approved the street circuit that runs in the heart of Singapore's Central Business District and through landmark areas such as the Suntec City, Marina Floating Platform, Padang, The Fullerton...etc. Check out more details from this website: http://www.singaporegp.sg/

It will be the third circuit that runs counter-clockwise other than the Turkish and Brazilian GPs. Still in the process will be if Singapore can host the first night race ever in the history of F1. I really hope that goes through as this will really put Singapore on the world map as we are already very prominent in terms of education, tourism and commerce.
