I shld start running again....

Been quite slack as far as my running in concerned. I actually gave the Terry Fox Run a miss last sunday as the weather was unfavourable. Even though the rain stopped when they flagged off the run, I opted to give it a pass which was a good move. Just as it was about to be over, it started drizzling again. However, I was already at Harbour Front McD having breakfast with my other running friends. So now the next event will be the New Balance Real Run which is in about a month's time. That will be an interesting route as there will be the sand, trail and runway segment. Better start running this friday.
