Slight change in strategy
If you all recall, I did post something about not training for 2 straight days. That was because when I first began running, the fatigue could be felt when I tried to run for more than 1 consecutive day. However, that is about to undergo a change. After reading the Straits Times guide to training for a first full marathon, I reckon what that was recommended seems quite intersting. It is basically a combination of short distances with some longer distances plus a break just before and after a long run. Perhaps this is the new strategy I should adopt? Anyway, there is just 5 months to the Sundown Marathon.
