Petrol discount

It seems to me that the pertol discount for UOB cardholders has ceased. I was surprised to hear that I only had a 5% discount when I went to refuel the car just before lunch. And since the tank was almost empty, it cost me a whopping $83 to pump it full. It may seem a very big amount but it works out to an average consumption of 12km/litre. For my kind of driving and climate, this is a very good result. Thankfully it is only a 1.6L car. Cannot imagine if I drove a bigger capacity car.
